Bill Ballan JVH Perforated / Signature Series 3 1/8" 7'4" purple drawstring pouchesFor sale here is a Bill Ballan Signature Series 3 1 8" fly reel with original pouch. As new condition. A highly perforated reel in the style of Julius Vom Hofe. Left or right hand retrieve. 3 4" spool width.
