The Giant and the Grizzly Bear Onomatopoeic text Scarlet and WolfIn this traditional story from the Western Arctic, a kind giant adopts a human boy. One night, after a meal, the giant gives the boy one job, to watch for grizzly bears while he sleeps. Each time the boy sees a bear, he wakes the giant.
