Field Recordings 'Fiction' Red 2023 750ml Rare Bourbon and mouthfuls of minerality"Our annual snapshot of what Paso robles has to offer. A select blend from some of our favorite hidden gem vineyards. Austere fruit and baking spice from our old vine Zinfandel at Loomis #1. Color, funk and hints of lambrusco from the Charbono. Savory meat and game from the Alicante and Syrah and then a little bit of the Cabernets to tie it all together."
