As for those dinos, they're the perfect MTG creature type for 'Timmys' - players who like to summon big creatures and wallop their opponent
Bloodbraid Challenger is close enough to Bloodbraid Elf to not stain the name, and at a mana value one greater, with the ability to escape, the Challenger hits differently and I'm OK with that
If you activated this card while your opponent controlled no cards, for the rest of this turn you cannot activate cards, or the effects of cards, with the same original name as that banished card
This means that they cant respond to you foretelling a card, though casting the card from exile does use the stack
