Smellerbee, Rebel Fighter has great synergy with our Rebel Tribal as he can be a draw machine

For example, if there are two +1/+1 counters on Aerith Gainsborough and it gets three -1/-1 counters, you'll put two +1/+1 counters on each legendary creature you control when Aerith Gainsborough's third ability resolves

An instant or sorcery that counts how many spells you've cast from anywhere other than your hand, such as Surge of Brilliance, counts itself if it was cast from a zone other than your hand

You can run her as a commander at the head of a Lifegain deck, but even if she's always a 3cmc 4/4 first strike lifelink commander that can grow steadily, I'm still not super thrilled when we have Karlov of the Ghost Council who fulfills a similar role but so much better

Vega, the Watcher Vega, the Watcher is more fun as a supporting cast member to Gorion, Wise Mentor and Ranar the Ever-Watchful, but this might be the spirit commander for a deck that wants to mess around with stuff like One with the Multiverse, The Temporal Anchor, Future Sight, etc
