When it first came out, Charizard V Alt Art wasnt even as expensive as the Rainbow Rare VSTAR version

Charizard returns for the 20th Anniversary breathing some serious flame, armed with Flame Cloak, Burning Breath and with the standard XY EX Charizard HP of 180 this is another card illustrated by Eske Yoshinob

As the set's Bubble Mew (Mew ex SIR) soars above $2,000 in a PSA 10, this card's PSA 10 price sits at roughly half that, leaving plenty of room for Charizard to continue climbing the charts up into new territory

That has some cons (traditional storm decks dont want a summoning-sick creature getting in the way or telegraphing intent) and pros (being easier to recur and costing one mana on the activation)
