This years promo contains fifteen reprinted Pokemon TCG cards, as well as updated Match and Battle toys

This means that a whole list of Scarlet & Violet Pokmon, including the starters Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Sprigatito, will receive a special shiny artworkcoined affectionately as baby shiny cards by the community
