East West Marquise Diamond The open basket and softlyA contemporary interpretation of the classic marquise cut solitaire, setting the diamond on an East West axis provides a distinct point of difference with considerable width across the finger. The striking knife edge bands lend a modern touch to the traditional design, complemented by a delicate open basket for a timeless appeal.
