"Bug day - midges hovered over the heather
California is Grimes by the numbers: technopop that balances between the eastern ballet and the 80's Madonna anthem
The songs that hew close to this plot talk a lot about reality television and the way the lines of fame have blurred and how we (in the broad sense of the modern world) have become caught up in artifice and disassociated from our rawer emotions
Got a couple CD copies too
Waveless is a three-piece from Minneapolis
** FLASH SALE ** THIGH MASTER - Early Times LP country "Bug day - midges hoveredIncludes d l code. Highly recommended. A surprisingly cohesive collection of angsty, sun dappled guitar pop, the songs on Early Times urgent and hook laden and etching their way into the listeners consciousness with effortless abandon.
